Digital collision intake
Start a claim
Send the essential case information in under a minute. A Vision collision coordinator will review the intake and guide the appropriate next step.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, policy credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What Vision needs first.
The initial form is deliberately concise. Include the claim stage, motorcycle and loss details in the message field. Vision can request additional photographs and documents through an approved transfer method after review.
Claim stage
Say whether the claim is unopened, open, estimated, in supplement review, being considered as a total loss, already valued as a total loss, or customer-pay.
Motorcycle
Include year, make, model, trim or special edition, mileage and a short description of disclosed custom equipment.
Loss
Describe what happened, the main damaged area, whether the motorcycle is rideable and its current location.
Insurance
Include the carrier and claim number when available. Adjuster contact details are optional.
Documents
Prepare full-motorcycle photographs, damage photographs, estimates, valuation reports, accessory receipts, pre-loss photographs and service records when they exist.
Contact
Provide a name, phone number, optional email and the best way to reach you. Status-message consent does not authorize marketing messages.
Start with the motorcycle, the loss and the best way to reach you.
Vision manages the repair side of the claim. The owner authorizes the work. The carrier determines coverage and payment.
Vision does not determine insurance coverage or valuation, guarantee a settlement amount, provide legal advice or act as a public insurance adjuster.
