The Vision Damage Blueprint

The damage is mapped. Not guessed.

The repair plan follows the impact, the motorcycle configuration and the work required to return the bike as one complete system.

Insurance coordination

Major carriers. One clear repair path.

Already have a motorcycle claim? Open your carrier’s official claim center, or send Vision the motorcycle, claim number and damage photographs so the repair-side documentation can begin.

Carrier logos are shown solely for identification. Vision Performance is an independent repair facility and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any insurer. Coverage and payment decisions remain with the carrier.

Motorcycles we assess

Harley-Davidson focused. Every serious bike considered.

Harley-Davidson touring and CVO motorcycles are a core focus. Vision also reviews qualified collision projects involving major American, Japanese and European motorcycle makes.

Manufacturer logos identify motorcycles considered for service and do not imply dealership, certification or manufacturer endorsement. Project acceptance depends on damage, parts, tooling and the repair path Vision can responsibly deliver.

Ready to document the damage?

Send the year, make, model, current location, claim status and clear photographs. Vision will review what the file needs next.

Direct answers

Questions before motorcycle collision repair begins.

What should I send for the first collision review?

Send the year, make, exact model, current motorcycle location, claim status, overall photographs, close damage photographs and a reliable phone number. Include receipts and pre-loss photographs for custom equipment when available.

Can photographs establish the complete repair scope?

Photographs help route the inquiry and document visible condition, but assembled bodywork and components can conceal related damage. A complete scope may require a physical review and owner-authorized disassembly.

What happens if additional damage is found later?

The repair team photographs and describes the additional finding, parts and labor in a supplement. The insurer determines its coverage and payment position, and the owner remains responsible for authorizing work.
