Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 7, 2026

Vision Performance (“Vision,” “we,” or “us”) operates the website at vision.la. This Privacy Policy explains what information the website collects and how that information is handled.

Information you submit

When you use our contact or collision-intake form, you may provide your name, telephone number, optional email address, information about your motorcycle, collision, insurance claim or requested service, and other information you choose to include in your message. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry.

Technical information

Our web server and security systems may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested page, referring page, request date and time, and basic security or error-log information. This information is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

How we use information

We use information submitted through the website to review and respond to your inquiry, understand the service or claim assistance requested, route the inquiry to appropriate Vision personnel, operate and protect the website and its forms, and maintain a record of the inquiry.

Submitting the form does not create a repair authorization, guarantee insurance coverage or guarantee any particular claim or repair outcome.

How form submissions are handled

The website is built with WordPress and Elementor. A form submission may be stored in the website’s Elementor Submissions area, generate an email notification to a Vision business inbox, be accessible to personnel responsible for reviewing and responding to inquiries, and be included in routine website or email-system backups. Website hosting and email systems process information as needed to deliver and maintain these functions.

Files and sensitive information

The public website form does not currently provide file uploads. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking or payment-card details, passwords, policy credentials, government identification numbers, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive information through the message field. If photographs or documents are needed, Vision will provide separate transfer instructions after reviewing the initial inquiry.

Analytics

Vision does not intentionally send names, telephone numbers, email addresses, claim details, message text, document contents or similar form information to website analytics. If analytics tools are enabled, they may measure non-content activity such as page views, referral information, button clicks and whether a form was successfully submitted.

Retention

Inquiry information may remain in Elementor Submissions, the receiving business mailbox, security logs and routine backups for as long as reasonably needed to review and respond to the inquiry, operate the business, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet applicable obligations and protect the website. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced through the normal backup cycle.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by personnel and technical service providers needed to host and secure the website, deliver form notifications and respond to the inquiry. Vision may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, the business, its customers or others.

Your requests

You may contact Vision to ask about information you submitted or request that it be corrected or deleted. Vision may need enough information to locate the submission and verify that the request relates to you. Do not send sensitive documents with the request.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website’s forms, analytics, service providers or information-handling practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
