Vision Collision Concierge
A collision repair should not become a handoff between a mechanic, a painter, a parts counter and an insurance office. Every accepted Vision collision project is assigned to a responsible coordinator who keeps the repair side of the claim organized from intake through outcome.
A named Vision coordinator becomes the primary contact for repair-related questions and next steps.
Estimates, photographs, additional findings, parts information and authorized supplements are organized as the repair develops.
Parts status, carrier responses and changes affecting the expected timeline are tracked and communicated.
The motorcycle owner remains informed and remains the customer authorizing the repair.
The Vision Damage Blueprint
The first visible scratch is not always the full loss. Vision develops the repair plan around the impact, installed equipment, related components, attachment points, finish requirements and the work required to return the motorcycle as one complete system.
Record the year, model, trim, mileage, visible condition, installed accessories and disclosed custom components.
Photograph and identify damaged assemblies, finish areas, controls, luggage, body components and related systems.
Where appropriate and authorized, damaged areas are opened to expose mounting points, supports and additional findings.
Review how the impact may involve controls, forks, wheels, suspension, fairing supports, luggage mounts, lighting, wiring and adjacent components.
Coordinate repair-versus-replacement decisions, parts sourcing, claim documentation and finish requirements.
Review the completed scope, visible finish quality, hardware, controls, component relationships and final assembly.

Under one roof
Body preparation, refinishing, parts coordination and final assembly remain connected to one repair plan. That continuity lets Vision evaluate the motorcycle as a complete visual system—not a collection of unrelated painted parts.

CVO & complex finishes
CVO and premium factory finishes can involve multiple stages, metallic or pearl character, graphics, pinstripes and visual relationships across the fairing, tank, fenders and luggage. Vision evaluates the complete finish relationship before determining how a damaged component should be approached.
The motorcycle as it existed
A high-value motorcycle is often more than its original VIN configuration. Vision documents the components actually installed before the loss and develops the parts strategy around the motorcycle presented for repair.
Genuine Harley-Davidson replacement parts sourcing is available when appropriate, available and consistent with the repair plan.
Correct model, trim, finish, side, mounting configuration and supersession information are reviewed during planning.
Disclosed exhaust, suspension, controls, luggage, lighting, protection, trim and performance equipment can be documented as part of the visible loss.
Factory-painted replacement components may be considered where availability and the finish strategy support that approach.
Coverage for genuine, OEM, aftermarket or custom components depends on the policy, documented loss and carrier determination.
Two possible paths
A generic valuation can overlook trim, condition, mileage, factory options, custom equipment, recent work and motorcycle-specific market context. Vision can help organize the factual record behind the motorcycle that existed before the loss.
We help make sure the carrier is evaluating the motorcycle you actually owned—not a generic stock bike.
Vision documents motorcycle condition, configuration, equipment and repair-related facts. Vision does not determine coverage or actual cash value, guarantee a settlement amount, provide legal advice, or act as a public insurance adjuster. Coverage, valuation and total-loss decisions remain with the carrier and policyholder.
The Vision Update Standard
A customer should not have to repeatedly call the shop to learn whether the case is waiting on an adjuster, a part or the next repair stage. Vision provides milestone-based updates throughout the active repair process.

Final handoff
A completed collision repair should include more than a motorcycle and a receipt. Where applicable, the Vision Delivery File organizes the final record of the completed work.
Motorcycle finish references
These model and finish references illustrate why collision planning has to consider the whole motorcycle—not one damaged panel.
Insurance coordination
