Your claim has an owner.

A collision repair should not become a handoff among separate departments. Vision coordinates the repair record and gives the owner one clear point of contact.

01

Assigned coordinator

A named Vision contact becomes the primary source for repair-related questions and next steps.

02

Intake and photographs

The motorcycle, loss, visible condition and supplied claim information are organized at the beginning.

03

Estimate preparation

Damage notes, photographs, labor, parts and finish requirements are developed into the initial repair estimate.

04

Supplemental findings

Authorized additional findings are documented as damaged areas are opened and the repair develops.

05

Adjuster communication

Repair-related information is communicated with insurance representatives when the owner authorizes it.

06

Owner authorizations

The motorcycle owner remains the customer and authorizes the repair.

07

Parts and status

Carrier responses, parts availability and changes affecting the current target are tracked and communicated.

08

Final paperwork

The final invoice, approved scope, supplements and applicable repair records are organized for handoff.

Coverage and payment decisions remain with the carrier. Repair authorization remains with the owner.

Bring the claim and repair file into one conversation.

Send the claim number, current estimate, motorcycle details and photographs. Vision will identify the repair-side information needed next.

Direct answers

Questions about motorcycle claim coordination.

What information starts a motorcycle claim intake?

The useful starting set is the motorcycle VIN and configuration, loss date, current location, carrier and claim number if opened, current estimate, photographs and contact details. Missing items can be identified during the intake.

What is the difference between an initial estimate and a supplement?

An initial estimate records known requirements at that stage. A supplement documents additional damage or repair requirements discovered later and explains why the repair team believes they relate to the loss. The carrier evaluates coverage and payment.

Is Vision an insurance company or public adjuster?

No. Vision provides repair-side documentation and communication when authorized by the motorcycle owner. Coverage, liability, payment and settlement decisions remain with the insurer and policy parties.
