Vision Performance: Independent Operator for Harley-Davidson Service & Collision Repair
Vision Performance has direct subscription access to Harley-Davidson’s official Service Information Portal for model-specific repair planning.
For Harley-Davidson touring and CVO owners, this adds manufacturer reference information to the work of our independent motorcycle collision facility in Santa Ana. It supports the questions behind damage assessment, parts identification, body and paint work, and reassembly.
Independent Operator. Factory Service Information.

Vision Performance is an independent repair facility with subscription access to Harley-Davidson’s Service Information Portal. Portal branding is shown for reference; it does not signify Harley-Davidson dealership status, service authorization or endorsement.

Independent Operator is an account category used by the portal for independent workshops. It describes the information-access context, rather than a certification of the facility or its technicians. Vision Performance remains an independent repair business.
What the subscription provides
Our subscription, verified on September 24, 2026, covers the All models (2001 & Up) package, with training materials excluded. The available technical resources include:
- Service manuals for reference to the applicable model and year.
- Electrical diagnostic manuals for wiring and diagnostic information.
- Service bulletins for additional manufacturer guidance where applicable.
- Job time codes as a reference for identifying and organizing service operations.
The portal also provides official parts catalogs to support component identification. The relevant documents must still be matched to the motorcycle’s model, year, equipment and actual condition.
Factory procedures through the collision repair
A Service Manual (SM) is the manufacturer’s repair reference for a particular model and year. For accepted Harley-Davidson collision projects, we use the applicable SM procedures, relevant service bulletins and parts information to guide work within the agreed repair scope.
Our collision workflow covers damage assessment, parts identification, body and paint work, reassembly and final review. The motorcycle’s model year, equipment, accessories and observed damage determine which information and procedures apply. For touring and CVO projects, that includes attention to the particular trim, finish and installed components. Learn more about our Harley-Davidson collision repair services in Orange County.
